Luiz Paulo Pereira is a fourth-generation coffee producer and CEO of Brazil's legendary Carmo Coffees. Luiz's approach to coffee stands out from many other coffee producers in Brazil.
Ama Coffee is a pioneer in the creation and development of post-harvest processes. Through their expertise, they aim to promote the highest levels of quality in Brazilian coffees. Alongside their SL 28 filter coffee, they are launching this Red Bourbon variety, processed naturally using an anaerobic method to offer a Brazilian espresso with greater complexity.
