Q: Is your coffee fair trade or organic?
A: The Osorio family does not buy coffee labeled as "Fair Trade," as all our coffee is purchased above this price. We understand the production costs of quality coffee. That's why we negotiate the price directly with the coffee farmers.
Some of our coffees are organic. The reason we don't exclusively source organic coffees is because we focus primarily on quality and uniqueness. That's why the Osorio Family boasts some of the best coffee in Colombia and the world.
Q: When should coffee be consumed for optimal results?
A: For filter coffee, we recommend consuming it 14 days after the roast date. This is when the coffee develops at its best. If brewed later, the coffee will still be delicious; it simply reaches its full potential at that time.
For espresso, we recommend consuming it between 7 and 14 days after roasting, because the CO2 It does not stabilize until then.
Q: How fresh will my coffee be when I receive it at home?
A: Don't worry, we roast small batches of coffee weekly upon request.

A: If your coffee tastes weak, make sure you're using the correct ratio of 1 part coffee to 16 parts water. Adjust your grind to a finer grind, increase the brewing time, and use hotter water.
