Luiz Paulo Pereira is a fourth-generation coffee producer and CEO of Brazil's legendary Carmo Coffees. Luiz's approach to coffee stands out from many other coffee producers in Brazil.
Ama Coffee is a pioneer in the creation and development of post-harvest processes. Through their expertise, they aim to promote the highest levels of quality in Brazilian coffees. The result of this effort is this SL28, a Kenyan variety developed using a natural anaerobic process, with which they intend to demonstrate that Brazilian coffee is anything but boring.
