This workshop introduces you to the wonderful world of coffee tasting, offering you the opportunity to learn techniques, practices and tools that will help you develop and train your sensory memory because tasting is not an innate skill, but one that can be fully developed.

In our 3-hour tasting workshop you will learn:

- Distinguish the most common fragrances and aromas in coffee through the use of the Coffee Nut.

- To learn about the different basic tastes as well as the organic acids found in coffee through specialized products as well as natural food producers.

- We will taste some of our coffees together using professional guidelines that will help us distinguish different processes, varieties and flavors in coffee.

- We will also try espresso-based drinks to be able to transcribe the flavors of coffee in a different environment.

We'll use professional machinery and tools so you can make your coffee like a pro and learn with complete safety and confidence. We'll answer all your questions and help you progress in the world of coffee.

** Cancellation Policy:

When you purchase a place on a course, you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt. We will reserve your place on our calendar so the instructor can contact you and discuss your needs. Our courses have limited enrollment to ensure we offer you high-quality, exclusive, and personalized training.

Unforeseen circumstances caused by illness or accidents are understandable. Familia Osorio's refund policy stems from the reservation of the place, the preparation of the training, and the blocking of places.

- A full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the start date. If you prefer, we can offer an alternative date for you to attend.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours before its start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days or less before the course begins.
