Intermediate tasting course
The intermediate sensory course is intended for people who already have some professional experience with coffee and who require more tools and knowledge to implement them in the quality controls of their business or their work, or to accumulate more experience.
This course includes more advanced knowledge in coffee tasting, including the analysis of green coffee defects, the different types of sensory analysis and their use in a professional setting: Quality control, tasting panels and protocols to be able to control different batches of coffee
We'll use professional machinery and tools so you can make your coffee like a pro and learn with complete safety and confidence. We'll answer all your questions and help you progress in the world of coffee.
At Familia Osorio, we believe in personalized, high-quality training delivered by baristas. Our tasting courses are offered by reservation on Fridays at Familia Osorio Poblenou, Doctor Trueta 136, Barcelona.

** Cancellation Policy:
When you purchase a place on a course, you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt. We will reserve your place on our calendar so the instructor can contact you and discuss your needs. Our courses have limited enrollment to ensure we offer you high-quality, exclusive, and personalized training.
Unforeseen circumstances caused by illness or accidents are understandable. Familia Osorio's refund policy stems from the reservation of the place, the preparation of the training, and the blocking of places.
- A full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the start date. If you prefer, we can offer an alternative date for you to attend.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours before its start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days or less before the course begins.
