At Familia Osorio, we believe in personalized, high-quality training delivered by baristas. Our barista courses are offered by reservation from Tuesday to Friday at Familia Osorio Poblenou, Doctor Trueta 136, Barcelona.

** Cancellation Policy:

When you purchase a place on a course, you will receive a confirmation email and proof of payment. We will reserve your place on our calendar so the instructor can contact you and We understand your needs. Our courses have limited enrollment to ensure we can offer you high-quality, exclusive, and personalized training.

Unforeseen events caused by illness or accidents are understandable.

The return policy:

The workshop fee will be refunded if the course is cancelled at least 7 days before its date. You have the option to choose another date to attend the workshop.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before it starts. No refund will be possible if the cancellation is made within this timeframe.
