** Cancellation policy:

When purchasing a spot in a course, you will receive a confirmation email and proof of payment. We will reserve your spot on our calendar so that the trainer can contact you and learn about your needs. Our courses have limited attendance to offer you quality, exclusive, and close training.

Unforeseen events caused by illness or accidents are understandable. Familia Osorio's refund policy is based on reserving the spot, preparing the training, and blocking other spots.

- The money will be fully refunded if the course is canceled at least 14 days before it is held. If you prefer, we offer another date for you to attend.

- A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is canceled between 7 days and 48 hours before its start. A refund will not be possible within a shorter period.

- Familia Osorio reserves the right to cancel the course for operational reasons and/or reasons related to production. In such a case, the student will have the right to maintain the course reservation on another agreed date or a refund of the amount.
