Unforeseen circumstances caused by illness or accidents are understandable. Familia Osorio's refund policy is based on the reservation of the spot, the preparation of the training, and the blocking of spots.
- The money will be fully refunded if the course is canceled at least 14 days before its scheduled date. If you prefer, we offer another date for you to attend.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is canceled between 14 days and 48 hours before its start. No refund will be possible if canceled less than 48 hours before the start.
