We'll help you recognize the characteristic aromas and flavors of coffee and learn how to work with milk, so you can begin developing your career in specialty coffee with the necessary knowledge to gain confidence and security.

Let's have a coffee and with this course you will learn:

• Anatomy of coffee beans: information, different varieties, types of processes - The importance of roasting and its different characteristics
• Espresso process: Dosage, distribution techniques, pressing and calibration. Tasting and analysis.
• Main methods of filter coffee: types of grinding, preparation and analysis of the beverage.
• The different types of milk, their preservation, working temperatures and latte art techniques.
• Cleanliness, safety and workflow for proper ergonomics.

We'll use professional machinery and tools so you can make your coffee like a pro and learn with complete safety and confidence. We'll answer all your questions and help you progress in the world of coffee.

When you purchase a place on a course, you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt. We will reserve your place on our calendar so the instructor can contact you and discuss your needs. Our courses have limited enrollment to ensure we offer you high-quality, exclusive, and personalized training.

Unforeseen circumstances caused by illness or accidents are understandable. Familia Osorio's refund policy stems from the reservation of the place, the preparation of the training, and the blocking of places.

- A full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the start date. If you prefer, we can offer an alternative date for you to attend.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours before its start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days or less before the course begins.
