The course covers more demanding topics, so participants will need to understand not only how to make coffee but also the technical aspects of using grinders, machines, and filter methods, as well as the management and working conditions in a coffee shop.

When you purchase a place on a course, you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt. We will reserve your place on our calendar so the instructor can contact you and discuss your needs. Unforeseen circumstances caused by illness or accidents are understandable. Familia Osorio's refund policy stems from the reservation of the place, the preparation of the training, and the blocking of places.

- A full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the start date. If you prefer, we can offer an alternative date for you to attend.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours before its start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days or less before the course begins.
