Cupping notes: Pecan nut, hazelnut, milk chocolate notes and hints of red plum. On the palate, it presents notes of nuts, cocoa, and panela. It has a light body and acidity that make it a balanced and pleasant coffee. With milk, it's a perfect pairing.

LOT STORY

Red Catuai produced by Reinaldo Olini on his farm in Malhada, located in Cerrado Mineiro. Grown at an altitude of 952 masl in exceptional conditions to highlight the fruity character of this lot. Processed by natural method, Reinaldo transfers the extraordinary cleanliness and selection of the fruits, producing one of the cleanest Brazilian cups we have found in a long time.

THE RECIPE

At Familia Osorio, we believe in the uniqueness of each coffee. That's why we light roast to accentuate the brilliance of each origin so you can enjoy its full flavor with any brewing method.

This means that these light roasts sometimes also work as Single Origin espressos, allowing you to enjoy the coffee in both methods, experimenting with your recipe more precisely.

We offer these guidelines to give you a starting point for developing a recipe, but you should keep in mind that it can change depending on the machine you use, the grinder, and the water*

Familia Osorio recommends adequately resting your coffee beans. Degassing is important to find your cleanest and most flavorful cup. We recommend resting your espresso coffee for 10 days and your filter coffees for at least 14 days. Play and discover how the flavor of your coffee evolves.
