We are proud to present our Pink Bourbon variety batch, processed naturally! We are constantly evolving our processes and gaining experience in natural processing. For this reason, we can confidently say that this batch is the best we have ever processed without water.

THE FARM

Finca La Ilusión is our home and laboratory in Colombia. We cultivate unique varieties such as yellow Caturra, pink Bourbon, Tabi...

We believe in a different kind of harvest. Respect and care for every detail, and the satisfaction of a job well done, are what drive us to continue with this project.

Until two years ago, we only processed washed coffees. We have gained experience in the natural process. Our coffees are clean, transparent, and complex.
